One in five Canton Fair exhibitors is not a factory

20.5% of 5,252 exhibitors are registered as trading companies rather than manufacturers. Their registered address gives them away 44.4% of the time, and 33.4% of companies overstate headcount by 2× or more against social-insurance filings.
