The information is provided “as is” to support your own research. It is a starting point for due diligence, not a warranty of any supplier’s quality, legitimacy or performance. Always verify independently before you transact.

Independence

Dossiers are assembled by AI from public evidence, identically for every company. Placement and scores are never for sale — including to companies that are website or SEO clients of ModalCube. We do not publish a composite company score.

Acceptable use

You may use FactoryBase for legitimate sourcing and research. You may not scrape or bulk-copy the content to rebuild a competing database, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to harass or defraud any party.

Intellectual property

The compilation, layout, scoring method and original text are the property of ModalCube. Underlying facts belong to their public sources.

Corrections & removal

A company can request a correction or removal of its dossier here. We review such requests promptly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ModalCube is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information. Your sourcing decisions and contracts are your own responsibility.
