FactoryBase (factorybase.ai) is operated by Guangzhou ModalCube Technology Co., Ltd. (广州模酷科技有限公司). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Supplier information

The dossiers on this site are compiled from publicly available sources — business registries, customs records, marketplace stores, trade-fair listings and companies’ own websites. They are not personal data and are never self-submitted. A company that wants a correction or removal can contact us here.

Information you give us

If you use the AI scan, send an RFQ, or claim a profile, we store the email address and the query or message you provide, so we can run the search, reply, and — only if you opt in — send the weekly sourcing radar. We do not sell this data or share it with the suppliers you research beyond what is needed to relay an inquiry you explicitly send.

Analytics & technical data

We collect standard, aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to keep the site working and improve it. We do not build advertising profiles.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery and basic analytics. They process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the sourcing radar at any time, and you can ask us to delete the email and messages you submitted. Requests: via our contact form or through modalcube.com.
